The Black Cow Cafe and Mercantile

Delicious gf Flatbread! Any of their sandwiches can be made on gf Flatbread. The portions are generous, ingredients are fresh, and the combinations are flavorful and unique. They also make the best Bloody Mary in town. I did not ask about the French Fries or the nachos but I would guess they might have a dedicated fryer. For those who can eat gluten, I'm told their regular bread on sandwiches is outstanding too.
