The Blend Bistro

I'm severely gluten intolerant and this place was like heaven to me. I had the mahi wrap and it was by far the best gluten free wrap I've ever had if not better than real wraps, and the meal was the most delicious meal I've had in a while. Even though it's pricey it's so worth it if you're gluten free. I'm just sad I don't live close by and can't go back!

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt safe, no issues after dining, and the food was creative and delicious. I had the stuffed poblano pepper with quinoa (spicy) and my husband's polenta dish was also very good. GF chocolate cake with fresh creme for dessert. Casual dining in the mall

Gourmet foods of vegan, vegetarian, natural meat items. All sandwiches and wraps can be made gluten free. Salads are delicious and gluten free. A few delicious gluten free desserts as well.
