The food was very dry and lacked flavor. It was ridiculously expensive for what it was and really was not worth it. The worst part is that, despite ordering items marked gluten free and telling my server that I cannot have gluten, I was glutened. Very obvious and extreme symptoms within minutes of consumption. Not safe for us gf people.

I had the burnt ends and a sweet potato side. The person serving us was very accommodating and even brought out the recipe book for their meat seasonings to check for my other food intolerances. The food was delicious and service was good.

This restaurant does not have gluten free beer any longer. They didn’t sell enough.
Terribile experience.

I loved it. I got the tri tip. With certain orders they have corn bread on the side. I ask for it in a separate container. The waiter gave me the corn bread in a separate container. On the menu they do have little wheat sticker, say it is gluten free. The bbq sauce is gluten free. It is very expensive. One 8 oz of tru tip is almost $27. They have gluten free beers.

We got take out from the Blu Pig during our trip to Moab. We got the bbq combo meal with 3 meats. We got pulled pork, brisket, and smoked tri-tips with a baked potato and baked beans which were all gluten free. My daughter has celiacs but my husband and I do not. The meal comes with a gluten corn muffin. I asked for the muffin to be packaged separately. My husband and I also ordered a side of gluten macaroni and cheese. Everything was packaged separately to ensure no cross-contamination. My daughter had no reaction after eating the meal.

Food wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t worth $110 for 4 people, two of whom ordered tacos. I might not be so critical of the price if the service has been good. Server refused to ask the kitchen why the wings were not gf until my husband asked. 😡 (fyi, it’s because of the non-dedicated fryer) Server could not explain why the tacos are not gf. The meat is listed elsewhere as gf and corn tortillas are used. Coleslaw and aioli are gf. Our non gluten free family members ordered fries that were soggy at best. They did enjoy the wings and burnt ends sandwich, which are not listed as gf.

Gluten free items clearly marked on the menu with a variety of options to choose from. The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten. I shared an entree with my husband and they brought all items that were NOT gluten free on separate plates. Definitely recommend. Just a note I had the Burnt ends, baked beans & a baked potato.

We ate the BBQ meats, sauces, bbq beans and coleslaw. Food was GF safe and tasted like good bbq (I've had much better bbq - but this was good). Atmosphere felt like a diner. The bill was outrageously high - roughly $40 per person - no alcohol and no dessert.

Ok so I try to avoid eating meat and this restaurant definitely specializes in meat so this may be a little biased, but I really didn’t enjoy my meal here. I ordered a portabella salad which was supposed to have quinoa but it didn’t end up having it. Instead, there were chunks of something that looked like meat (which I did not eat). Although when ordering seemed unlikely that a salad could be cross contaminated I told my waitress I had celiac anyway but she kind of brushed it off by saying “most things here are gluten free.” While this may be true it didn’t make me feel any safer and seeing as my salad did have meat in it (and not all of the meat they offer is prepared Gf) I would not recommend this place if you have celiac. It was also pretty expensive!!

We had a server in training so our experience may not be the norm. Fryer not dedicated so less options than we hoped but most other sides were reported to be GF. Most meat GF as well as the sauces per report. Our food sadly came out barely warm and average in taste/flavor.

Staff knowledgeable about celiac. All of their sauces are GF and their meat as well. Sweet potato was rather small and the GF baked beans were authentically delicious.
The food was good and carefully prepared. A bit on the pricey side for what it was but an enjoyable atmosphere.
The wait staff at first seemed knowledgeable but I soon found out totally clueless. I will not go back ever. I feel this place is not safe for someone with Celiac.

Waitstaff and kitchen were knowledgable and helpful. Have Celiacs and was comfortable eating here. Delicious BBQ

Food was incredible!!!! They had gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Dairy and vinegar is also an issue for me and they were able to accommodate and the waitress was very kind and patient when running back and forth to the kitchen to check things for me! We would definitively go here again!
Waiter was terrible. More interested in the 3 young women at other table. Verified the smoke brisket was gluten free. He brought it out with regular toast. I told him again I had celiac and couldn't eat this meal. He offered to make it right by picking the bread off. When new meal came out it was luke warm. Very disappointed with both service & food.
Delicious food and excellent service! Had ribs, brisket, baked beans and baked potato. All sauces GF and DF! What an awesome treat! Food was so good and Woodchuck cider to boot! Highly recommend! We'll definitely go back!
Wonderful pork barbecue! All the sauces were gluten free, many options available. Food was great and they had a live blues band playing.
GF items are easy to differentiate on the menu, but all of the dinners come with Texas toast... I made sure to mention that I was Celiac and that I couldn't have any toast at all, but my dish came out with toast. I was cutting off the contaminated pieces to give to my partner (still getting comfortable asking for a new plate) and the server came out and asked if he could just replace the dish for me. He was really helpful and brought out an entirely new plate (I know because I'd cut up my original meal). The staff made an awesome effort, even though I'm not sure my server was really aware of what having Celiac means.
Gluten free options clearly marked on menu, all sauces are gluten free. Only hiccup was that I ordered a drink that ended up having a glace cherry garnish, which I think sometimes have wheat glucose in them. My fault that I didn't state gluten free immediately, I guess I forget that sometimes unexpected things have gluten in them!
Oh yeah, the food was delicious :)
Food was excellent. Husband loved the baby back ribs, slaw and beans. Our waitress understood the need for extra care. Owner stopped by our table to make sure everything was as we needed it. Prices run about the same as the other restaurants in town.

Had dinner there last night. Front staff and waitress seemed very attentive and knowledgable about Celiac. My plate came to me with Texas toast on it. When I pointed to it the waitress assured me that the butter on the potato was gluten free! She took the plate back and returned without the toast in less than 5 minutes. I was assured that it wasn't the same plate, but now I am sick. I would not return or recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food! I let our waiter know that I was gf and dairy free and he was very knowledgeable and informative about the dishes I asked about. Items are marked on the menu and most of the meats and bbq sauces are gf. I would come back for sure. My faves were the burnt ends, pulled pork and turkey.
We had the amazing brisket and tri tip... So good!! The staff were very friendly and tolerant to our food allergies... We are both celiac and had no reaction... Would definitely recommend :)

Gluten free items are identified on the menu. The service is very good and the food is great.

Food here was decent. Not great and very little meat for the price. ($18- for a couple of slices).
Waitress had no idea about handling of gluten free. Couldn't answer questions and wouldn't go and check. Gave us a lot of attitude.
Delicious even if you're not GF. Only good service in town too, as far as we could tell after trying three other places first. The menu is very clear on what is safe to eat, and there's lots that is, not just a salad or two. Knowledgeable waitress was a relief.
Nice portions!
Good food- wait staff appeared overworked
All of the meats are gluten-free and there were good sauces. Tasty sides too, though I'm always sad when I can't have cornbread. Overall, we loved it.
freaking delicious food! I would have paid double it was that good. all their pulled and smoked meats are gluten free and a lot of their sides are gluten free. I had pulled pork and a baked potato amd it was amazing. my friend had a non gluten free blue cheese burger and said it was the best burger he's ever had.
