I ordered the baked potato and had questions regarding the cheese and horseradish topping. The chef brought out the cheese for me to examine the ingredients list and was knowledgeable enough to notice that the horseradish sauce had a brown ale mustard component that was not appropriate for me. They were SO informed, not only about GF but about Celiac needs specifically... incredibly impressed. This is the safest I’ve felt eating out in a long time!!
