My wife and I came in for lunch and although there was not a gluten-free menu they are willing to work with you! The wait staff was knowledgeable and I was able to talk to the chef. fyi my wife is Celiac & I eat gluten-free to make our lives easier. Our home is totally gluten-free but when we go out it’s sometimes hard to find places to eat but The Bluebird staff was so willing to help out and we had a very good meal here. I highly recommend!!
