Great tasting pizza, however, I am confident they are not safe with cross contamination. On multiple (2) occasions I encountered a mild stomach ache. Additionally, I can handle a very small amount of cross contamination leading me to belive is it not a safe facility.

Incredibly tasty GF Pizza! Unfortunately, it is not on the online menu so you have to call and ask them to make it for you. Not sure how celiac safe it is, but I was fine after eating it though I only have an intolerance.

The food tastes great but unfortunately doesn’t seem to be safe for those with celiac so I can’t recommend.

Boiler room only provides small, personal sized pizzas. They were hard (beyond a cracker crust), slightly burnt around the edges and dry lacking sauce and cheese. Giving two stars instead of one because in the end it’s still pizza and I did eat it all, but with better options in close range won’t be ordering a GF pie from here again.
They have a gluten free dough. Not on the menu but ask nicely they will get that for you. Also not a gluten free kitchen. So consume wisely.
