I ate here as a celiac before I started working here. All the boiled items are gluten free. All the seasoning that goes in the bag is gluten free. All the boiled items are prepared in a safe manor away from anything that does include gluten (fried items). The boiled items come from a separate part of the kitchen are there is little chance for cross contamination in the kitchen. I've been eating here for a years (sometimes even multiple times a week) and never once gotten sick.
