Staff was knowledgable. I had the wild game chili. It was ok. Good but not amazing. Staff was great good was ok.

Staff was helpful. Bison chili was good and I would order it again.

I have paid all day for eating here. they will make it gluten free a as a bun and such but they do not separate for celiac.

We only ate breakfast here, but I noticed a number of items on their dinner menu that were labeled GF. For breakfast they had omelettes and breakfast potatoes (I checked that they were GF and I ran the very scientific test of eating them and not dying. Twice, actually...and they passed!) Huge and delicious omelettes. They also had eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit... All the basic breakfast stuff. They also have a breakfast buffet, but I'm not brave enough to risk a cross-contamination buffet. No GF breads or pancakes (which was a bit sad as the girl next to me was chowing down on huckleberry pancakes... but even huckleberry pancakes aren't worth a gluten reaction).
