Farm to table as you can get on the island. Seriously impressive food and drinks. Took celiac seriously. We will be back! Truly amazing food.

There wasn’t much on the menu that I could have. For dinner, I ended up just getting a salad since there wernt many other options. The salad was good, but disappointing for dinner. I didn’t have any celiac disease reaction. Definitely doable for people with celiac disease, but not your best option on the island.

Their staff was very knowledgeable. They did not offer GF bread, but did bring fried plantains. However, they were fried in contaminated oil. There were many GF offerings though.
Had a magnificent dinner at The Brasserie last night. Previously, I had only eaten here at lunch. The service and food is just as excellent at dinner as lunch. Always greeted with a friendly smile and seated quickly. Very impressed with the change in menu options and garden variety of locally grown and harvested foods. The Brasserie team designs the menu with style and flare. Very unique! I am celiac. With my food allergies, I have very few choices where I can eat. The Brasserie is one of the rare places I can eat on-island. I recommend this restaurant very highly.
