The Breakfast Cart & Catering

We are heading back to CO on a road trip and stopped here for breakfast.. it was great!!!! Not sure who knows about Outside the Bread Box located in Colorado Springs, CO but if you know, you know.. the owner gets the bread shipped to the restaurant!!! I ordered eggs, bacon and hashbrowns . At first i said skip the toast just to be safe and the the owner came over and told me what bread she uses. She is amazing! And is aware how sensitive people can be.
