If I could give zero stars I would DO NOT GO HERE for your own safety! The owner Jeff, is EXTREMELY disrespectful when being asked if there are GF options his response: “No we do not have a menu catered to you. If you have a dietary concern then figure it out for yourself. We have O (zero) interest in catering to you. Take responsibility for your own concerns and find something ON ALL RESTAURANTS MENU NATIONWIDE THAT FIT YOUR NEED. STOP WHINING.”

I had posted a positive review with 5 stars but unfortunately I have to change my review. This place is great for those who can have gluten so I hate to give a bad review. The staff is knowledgeable about what is gluten free and not but I just ate there (had an omelette and grits) and I am so sick right now. It had to be cross contamination. It’s a great place for the non celiac. :(

No separate GF menu and the only real options are eggs. They have gluten in their potatoes and corn beef hash. Despite telling them about my allergies I still ended up sick. I'm guessing they use ingredients, like sausage that is not fully GF. Also while their grits are deemed safe they did say they may have a small bit of flower...

Knowledgeable staff, and great food. Don't expect gluten free pastries, but they know which items have gluten and will substitute grits for their gluten laced home fries.

awesome food! staff has gluten knowledge, large portions. very fresh food. too bad home fries are Not gluten free :( but their grits are!
