The Brewerie at Union Station

Some of the staff is very knowledgeable and when I alerted my waiter to my Celiac status he submitted my order and then went to the kitchen to make sure they saw the allergy alert, when he came back he told me the kitchen staff were changing their gloves and switching out their pans and utensils to make my food. The do have a separate gluten free menu, though it is helpful to have both menus in front of you! I unfortunately have encountered some unknowledgeable and plain rude staff members who are not willing to deal with any questions. Please don’t let that stand in your way however, I tried again and was very happy with some of the other staff, and my food!Overall a great place!
