Loved this cozy cafe! They had a separate cake stand with gf treats from Hold the Wheat; there was just an oatmeal cream pie left but it was amazing with our lattes. They use Oatly which is certified gf as well.

Sandwiches were amazing on gf bread! Highly recommend.

They really seem to know what they’re doing and have at least one staff member there with celiac who was super helpful when I came in just post-diagnosis. Excellent gf bread from sift and they carry some hold the wheat pastries. The veggie cutie is great.

Briar is a great space and very gluten friendly. They sell baked goods from Sift bakery, and all of their sandwiches can be served in soft gluten free bread. Highly recommend!
