This is a hidden treasure in old downtown Hannibal. We failed to review the first time we were here last year. They have gluten free crust, and the server went to check on the toppings. She said the kitchen staff was aware of my allergy and would take extra precautions to be sure it was safe. The pizza was excellent, and the service is superb.

Our server, Tina, was a delight. She knew the gluten free items and the precautions they took. I ordered the Cajun pizza and she let me know what to leave off. Very good pizza.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten free options. Food was great. We all got pizzas, and they were cooked perfectly and super yummy. I would definitely eat here again.
Our waitress was not very knowledgeable about what gluten is, but after some conversation she did make very clear what would have the potential for cross contamination. PLEASE NOTE: While they do offer a GF crust, we were told that they are cooked directly on the same brick oven as non-gf pizzas, so NOT SAFE for celiacs. That all said, I did end up eating a delicious house salad with chicken & have not had any issues as a result.
The owners have family with celiac. They are very careful and helpful. The food and service are excellent.
