I called before hand and spoke to either the manager or head chef and asked about how they prepared their gluten free options. I was told that the Duck Hash(hash browns) are pan fried. The server took extra precautions to ensure that the cooks new about my celiacs and that there was no cross contamination. The food was delicious and had no issues afterwards. Will be returning.
