Review of The Buffet at ARIA

Gluten free buffet without having been cross contaminated - unheard of. And the food was good, don't pass on the smoked salmon and tandori chicken! Only problem was the lack of coordination between shifts and properly labeling the gluten free dishes. I sat waiting for 20 minutes before getting up to talk to the hostess. At the same time, our waiter had gone to get the head chef who preceded to apologize and take me on a personal tour of the buffet.
