Review of The Buffet at ARIA

I was so excited to eat here for lunch since it's gotten eave GF reviews. I had the chef take me around to see the options and was ready to get a GF pizza. I asked the server behind the counter and watched him take a GF crust out and put it on the same flour-coated pizza peel as the other pies. I asked him if he could use a separate pan to cook the GF pie and he just put a pan under it despite the cross contamination. I got another chef to make another, which took 30 min and ended up being worse than the udis ones I make at home. lots of seafood options but not much else. oatmeal cookies were good.
