Review of The Buffet at ARIA

I was excited to go here because of the great reviews. They let me talk with the chef before buying a ticket to the buffet. I informed him I have celiac and can’t eat dairy. His first words were, “you know this is a buffet, right?” The chef then walked me though to show me all of the “safe” items. The chef pointed out which specific foods were ok. However, upon further questioning, he told me I could eat foods such as chips that we made in a shared fryer. He did not discuss any methods to help prevent cross contact. I did not stay because there were too many red flags going off that I would get very ill. It did not seem celiac safe.
