Review of The Buffet at ARIA

When we were paying I asked if the items were noted gluten free on the tags and she immediately let someone know I was gluten free. The chef came out and walked me through the whole buffet to point out gluten free items. All their meats but one was gluten free, lots of seafood options, gluten free pasta, ravioli and pizza (which unfortunately I didn’t have enough room to try), sushi (the chef even brought out tamari for me!) and desserts! Gluten free tiramisu, creme brûlée, oatmeal raisin cookies, gelato and so much more. Such a great dining experience!
