Review of The Buffet at ARIA

We ate here twice on our trip. The chef came out and walked us around, pointing out things that were gluten free and was very friendly. The food was good earlier in the morning than later on, with steak and eggs being available early and the bacon being almost solid later on. Definitely get there early to get the best food.
