Review of The Buffet at ARIA

Not Celiac friendly. Asked 3 if GF food was marked, not one knew. Nothing is marked GF. Asked to speak with chef and was told none were available. Safe with crab legs as they are prepared out in the middle and you can see the chef. Better off going to Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan, everything is clearly marked GF and they will even make you GF items if requested.
