Review of The Buffet at ARIA

We have eaten here several times over the past couple of years and it's always been great! While GF items are no longer "marked" as such, all you have to do is tell your server that you HAVE to eat gluten-free and someone (usually the head chef) will come out and personally walk you through the buffet and explain which items are safe for you to eat (and he will make sure you get fresh items from behind the counter if there is ANY possibility of cross-contact with tongs used by other guests for gluten items). This is also GREAT for those with multiple food issues...the chef is super knowledgeable and will be incredibly helpful in making sure you have a safe, delicious meal! Highly recommend.
