Review of The Buffet at ARIA

The chef walked around with me and showed me what was and was not gluten free. He even got me gf soy sauce for the (non fake crab) sushi. Grape leaves were awesome. All the carving station options were gf too. Felt great after. And I didn’t over eat so that was a bonus!
