Review of The Buffet at ARIA

While not everything is correctly marked, ask for a chef to walk the line with you and you'll be SO happy with all the gf options here! I heard the chef has a wheat allergy. They have gf muffins, cakes and sandwich bread (have to ask/behind the line for the sandwich bread) and it's all SO good! All the meats and BBQ are gf, even pot stickers :) Happy gluten free eating!
