Review of The Buffet at Luxor

I have a gluten intolerance. The servers and hostesses were very accommodating,they let me go in to talk with the kitchen staff before purchasing the breakfast to make sure I would be able to eat the food. The line cooks did not know what gluten even was and told me everything was fine, including pancakes -_-. I talked to the head chef as well, he was very helpful and was able to show me what was safe to eat and what to stay away from. I had a made-to-order ham and cheese omelette with a side of potatoes, bacon, and chocolate milk. I also had vanilla and chocolate non-fat frozen yogurt. No ill effects from the food I ate, but ask the right questions to the right people to make sure it's safe.
