Dinner was great. GF sushi is rare. Chef walked me around and assured me the nigiri was safe. He said all sushi except ones that had the fried shrimp were safe. Confirmed the vinegar used was gf. Kobe top round with sautéed mushrooms excellent. Crab legs were great. Elegant atmosphere for a buffet. Got there early and had no line at 5 pm. When we left at 6:30 line was huge.
