The staff are amazing. The chef came out to explain what I could and could not eat. Everyone was willing to help. Having said that, it’s a buffet. There no dedicated gluten free place. Croutons spill into carrots. The pizza they would need to figure that out because flour was visibly all over. The toast bar, I asked if there was something to be done because crumbs with toaster, and he willingly took it to another grill. So kind!
I would call myself an adventurous celiac (probably because I lived so long without knowing). I still raised an eye brow or two at times. Definitely have the chef tell you because there was gluten in things I hadn’t expected, educational. I just don’t think it’s for really sensitive folks. However, they did say if I wanted anything special made they would make it. If you’re really sensitive.. go that path.
