Review of The Buffet Bellagio

Mediocre. The staff is very nice and had the manager and chef come to my table. They walked me around as only 2 things were marked as gluten free. Had some prime rib and that was good, cooked to medium rare. They made me a beautiful pizza. It was rice flour so it had a taste and was soggy so I didnt eat much of it. Tried eating meringues but they hadn't been left in the oven long enough to dry out and couldn't even bite through them. The creme brulee was delicious. The chocolate cake was nice as well. It tasted like buffet food. Wasn't super impressed. My husband who isnt gluten free said what he ate was just ok.
