First day, the chef gave me the GF Tour. To be honest, I felt kind of embarrassed because the entire buffet had VERY clear signs indicating GF Food but there I was, bothering this fine young man who had hundreds of people to feed. Then he offered me GF Pancakes, made on request... I looked at the buffet and thought "geez this is going to be cross-contamination of the year"
Tried it anyway, for scientific purposes.
It was so good I wanted to pet it. And zero reaction!
Day two? Pancakes again. Safe!
Days 3 and 4? Safe!
Problem is: I will miss that pancake for the rest of my life.
So here's to you, Bellagio GF Pancake. Thanks for the memories.
