Review of The Buffet Bellagio

Staff are not knowledgeable. You really have to push for the correct info. I was told the rice was GF but when asking if it was cooked with stock he disappeared into the kitchen and came back out to say that it was just rice and vegetables but NOT gluten free. Not impressed. I could have meat, veg and potatoes. Not expansive enough to warrant the high cost.
