Review of The Buffet Bellagio

Absolutely fantastic! Chef came out and walked me through the entire buffet. He knew what was safe and what wasn't. He also knew what was made in house and what wasn't. He offered to make me pasta or a pizza(all in separate pots/ovens) but I was more than ok with what was on the buffet. They even had many g-free desserts. Chef was very friendly and seemed happy to show me around. Highly recommend.
