Review of The Buffet Bellagio

it is amazing. I told them I had an allergy and they asked me questions to verify exactly what I had and the chef came out to personally walk me through the entire Buffet to tell me, from memory, exactly what I could eat.

and what a selection! salad and three types of dressing, rotisserie chicken, house made sausage, three different kinds of potatoes, 4 different kinds of cooked vegetables, peel n eat shrimp, eggs, bacon, sausage, jasmine rice and fried rice, Choy sum, pickled herring, cream herring, salsa Rosa, smoked salmon, cheese, fruits, three different types of sushi, two types of sorbet two types of custard and gluten-free chocolate cake!

they could even make me gluten free. pizza seared salmon and mahi mahi made to order gluten free!

it's $28 a person for lunch. but it's all you can eat and for this selection it's well worth it!
