Review of The Buffet Bellagio

What a great experience! I told our server that I had celiac and she had the chef go with me station to station and tell me what was safe and wasn't. They were very careful about even warning me about gfree foods that had the possibility of coming in contact with non gfree foods. Even had separate items in the back if requested. Chef personally made me my own gfree pizza in a dedicated oven. I'd go back!!
