Review of The Buffet Bellagio

Good option for breakfast or dinner buffet. The variety of items is incredible. Making safe GF selections can be tricky. GF items are not marked. Counter staff are very pleasant but busy and may not really understand GF. Best to stay with items that are typically GF. I did not ask to speak with a chef as recommended by other reviewers.
