Und sie zeigte mir ein Foto der Zutatenliste. An 4. Stelle stand Reismehl. Da es nicht Hauptzutat war, war es für mich vertretbar. Das Beispiel zeigt aber, dass sich das Restaurant gut mit dem Thema auseinandergesetzt hat.
