I’ve been there a couple times I have a severe celiac allergy. I have never got sick, but the kitchen is not fully gluten-free but the chefs are aware of allergies. I have got a gluten-free bun and french fries the french fries were good. The bun was good. It was they don’t have hotdog buns so when I ordered hotdog, they cut up the hotdog and put it in the sandwich, which wasn’t really fun, but it was still very delicious and I really recommend.
Sat down for a tasty burger ordered with GF bun. Food arrived quickly and server again noted it was a GF bun when it arrived. Burger and seasoned fries were delicious. No complaints about the taste or serving portions. Bun seemed grainy and crumbly and consistent with GF buns I’ve eaten in the past.
Fast forward about 1 hour and I started to have a high gluten consumption reaction. I became light headed and narcoleptic tired. My stomach became tight and very uncomfortable. This lasted for a few hours. I can usually handle a little bit of gluten in foods - ie if breadcrumbs were in the burger mixture or small amounts of cross contamination. So this was worse than normal. I have to assume it was a full gluten bun based on the reaction.
