The Butcher N Cheese

I did not get glutened! Pretty good basic beef burger, cooked on a grill. Gluten-free bun was not on the menu but they had one and was ready to heat it up. It wasn’t too busy so they had time to explain whether that bun would be heated up in a toaster with wheat. Right away the server said he wanted to make sure there was no cross-contamination, Without me having to ask. All in all a pretty decent experience. They were able to tell me what was in all the sauces so I can steer free of dairy as well.
