Lots of gluten free options, very yummy! They seemed knowledgeable and tagged it GF allergy for the kitchen. They said they could make everything GF. It is made in the same kitchen as gluten items, but they take care to keep things separate. There is a risk of cross contact.
They don't have a seperate fryer or waffle maker, so anything fried or waffles have a higher risk of cross contact.
Update: they have updated the menu to show what can be made GF, you still have to tell your server that you need it to be GF or by default it won't be.
The selection was unusually large. The food was yummy! The waitress was kind and helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
Pretty much everything on the menu they can make glluten free except anything with tortilla or the pigs in a blanket. 100% trust them. Have eaten here many times with no issues. Reserve seats before heading in especially on the weekend.
NOT GF!!! This was my second attempt at eating at eating at a BB. The last time was at the Springdale location, so I decided to try the Fayetteville location. I asked a LOT more questions this time though. Although they have a LOT of GF options, all food is cooked in shared equipment with gluten and is cross contaminated. So this is purely a place for people who are using GF as a diet. If you have celiac or a gluten intolerance, do not eat here.
The best gluten free biscuit we have ever had. They can also make gluten free waffles, fried chicken, cinnamon rolls and beignets. Everything was delicious and the service was great!
I was excited to find a place for biscuits and gravy. I was told just almost everything could be made gluten free except the burritos. I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal with bacon. I got one biscuit, and just enough gravy to cover it. And the biscuit was tough. I expect an up charge for gf, that’s part of this life. The meal is listed at $10.99 on the menu. I was charged $19.99. Whatever. I probably won’t be back.
We really enjoyed our lunch here. My son and I are both Celiac’s. We both had GF biscuits and gravy. My son also had the GF fried chicken. It was all delicious. The biscuit is the best GF biscuit I’ve ever had. The can also do GF pancakes. No one got sick, and the food was fabulous!
The Springdale location has been extremely popular and has a great reputation. They have a wide variety of menu items that are available gluten free, but they do not have a separate gluten free area. I have heard from friends that they had no issues, and I did not, but approach with caution if you are celiac or highly sensitive to cross contamination. I had the Kessler Stage 2, which is 2 eggs, 2 meats, and two pancakes. Their regular coffee comes from national award winning local favorite, Onyx. Very good.
It would have been nice to have got to eat here but unfortunately we were repeatedly lied to about when our table would be ready. Two hours later and no table. We were told we were next after an hour. Just tell the truth and we can make an informed decision.
