The Buttered Biscuit

They do not have GF pancakes or bread but they can make omelets and potatoes GF. The waitress was helpful and noted they often get gluten free requests and have practices in place to prevent cross contamination. Separate areas of a flat top and separate cooking utensils, which doesn't inspire high confidence, but I rolled the dice and ate successfully and didn't get sick. Food was VERY tasty though.
