Review of The Caboose Ice Cream

Gluten free ice cream was labeled and there were gluten free cones. Lots of gluten free flavors. Soft serve and sprinkles were not gluten free. Employees were knowledgeable about which items were gluten free and were open to using a new ice cream scooper and washing hands.
