Review of The Caboose

The Caboose offers a menu of 7 or 8 panini sandwiches. They are located right in the center of Inlet and it's a charming place. there are 2 picnic tables and some stool seating right there. all sandwiches could be made on GF buns, but there isn't a dedicated kitchen, stove, grill or cook area. However, the size of the GF bun was very similar to the regular paninis. I was disappointed though, slightly, because while they offered a good, well proportioned GF bun.... I had to pay $2 extra. That was disappointing. Bottom line, good sandwich place.... but I won't be going there regularly because I don't feel it's fair that I have to pay extra due to my allergy.
