Review of The Canteen on Portland

I had a lovely meal here right before new years. Nothing is marked gluten free on the menu, but the staff is very knowledgeable about what is gluten free and what can be modified to be gluten free. I had a really stunning squash risotto and a nice crème brûlée for desert. And look, oysters are often gluten free, but I had some great oysters too. I’m always gonna be happy about getting oysters.
