I was attending a dinner in a private room. They were very kind when I called before I went and explained that I have celiac. First of all he did not know what that meant so I should have known, once I said gluten free, he said "oh no problem! We have a gf menu!" And he explained they prepare the food safely and separately. When I arrived I asked for the GF menu and it said "gluten sensitive menu" which also caught me off guard. But again the staff was very kind and seemed knowledgeable. I explained that I was very "allergic" to gluten and needed the food prepared safely and separately. Unfortunately, right after I finished the meal I had to run to the bathroom. So I do not trust the kitchen.
