The Celiac Baker

I was so excited to see a dedicated Gluten Free Bakery has opened in St. Albert😊🥳I went yesterday and met the owner and staff and everyone was super sweet, professional, knowledgeable. The selection of the baked goods and treats was awesome which made it difficult to choose what to try.

I purchased cinnamon buns, raisin butter squares, maple cupcakes and blueberry scones. Everything was delicious, the texture and quality was sooo good you would never know they were gluten free. The cinnamon buns were so light and fluffy and the perfect amount of sweetness combined with the cream cheese icing, the cupcakes and scones were perfection and the raisin butter tart square brought me back to my childhood when my all time favourite was my Grandmother’s raisin butter tarts. They tasted exactly the same except gluten free!

These treats passed my husband’s non gluten free palate and he said you would never know they are gf as he is super picky. I highly recommend this wonderful new bakery where you can get treats for your whole family and enjoy without worrying of being glutened. I’ll be a regular customer!🥰💖🥰

Excellent bakery. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and will make anything to your preference, re butter icing. Etc. looking forward to seeing bread soon!
