Review of The Celiac Epicurean

This is a food truck out of the Glastonbury/Rocky Hill area, so it travels to farmers markets and food festivals. Check their website or Facebook page for locations. Oh my goodness! The food is amazing and the owner/staff are awesome! Try the vanilla cupcake...it tastes just like a Twinkie! I may just follow this food truck around or hold a party so she can cater it! It's so great to be able to go out and eat "safe" food. If you aren't gluten free, you will love the farm to table food as well. Fingers crossed she will be at some fairs in the coming years because it's so difficult for a Celiac to eat at fairs! Two Thumbs Up! 😍 Can't wait to eat from here again!
