They offer "allergy scoops" - they get a clean scoop, change gloves, and go to the back to scoop from a new tub. All flavors are marked (or they're happy to ask). They also checked if anyone else in the group also needed a clean scoop. They are consistently incredibly nice, kind, and thoughtful. Where is it not on the
