The Cheesecake Factory

Staff wasn't well-trained so we asked for a manager. The manager was extremely helpful and made sure ingredients were substituted where possible and the dishes were not cross-contact in any way. They usually have gluten free pasta but it's not always available. There is only one gluten free cheesecake flavor on the menu.
