The Clog & Billycock

One of the best restaurants offering gf options I have ever been to. Absolutely all sorts on the menu marked as gf and it's swapped out/updated regularly so there's always something new on there. I've been able to have things at the clog and billy that I've not been able to find anywhere since my diagnosis and I always feel 100% safe. Couldn't recommend enough!

I use this app a lot as I work all over the UK, this place is a true gem. Stunning restaurant, fantastic service and a delicious meal(very clued up about GF). Always a great place to visit and eat safely. Their online menu allows you to filter allergens to check pre visit and the printed allergen menu you get at the table lists all allergens in each dish.

The dishes are always very tasty, well presented and the GF menu is extensive.

Staff were very helpful and on arrival at our last visit, asked who needed the allergen menu (info retained from a previous visit as I hadn’t mentioned it when booking this time). Very impressive.

I’ve had similar good experiences at other pubs in the chain too.

I go here regularly. Even spoken to the chef on a few occasions as we are friendly with the bar staff. The gluten free fish and chips are to die for as is the cauliflower fritters. They also do gluten free pies and do a really good chocolate brownie for dessert. There's others but im usually too full for dessert. The drinks are amazing too, especially if you're a gin fan.
