The people at the Shandaken Inn have been amazing. They include breakfast with your stay, and when we came down, they knew right away that we were GF and had already prepared GF pastries ready to be served. The chef then came out to speak with us. Dinner was equally amazing and the wait staff were well prepared to address our concerns. Additionally, most of the dinner menu items were already GF w/o need to adjust.
