Review of The Collective

The Collective has a restaurant, and they were able to accommodate my celiac’s. There were limited options, and they were very careful in preparing my food and limit in cross contamination. They got fresh cutting boards, clean utensils, and even had me provide in writing my allergies with details and my table number, which they had me sign and date, along with a manager’s signature to document that they were aware of the allergy. They went to such an extent to make me feel safe, and I do not feel sick after eating there.
